Center Message
Managing the Jordanian Public university libraries' information network and coordinating its numerous services to achieve rationalization of expenditures, organize sharing of information sources, and unify work mechanisms and tools among the libraries that are members of the Public Jordanian university libraries pool.

Foundation
A "library pool" was established to manage the Public Jordanian university libraries information network under the name "Center of Excellence for Jordanian Public University Library Services" and it is located at Yarmouk University (Irbid, Jordan), and it is established based on a memorandum of understanding signed by all Jordanian public universities, and according to His Excellency's letter Minister of Higher Education for Yarmouk University to be the headquarters of the center on April 27, 2004.
